At Medibud, we stand behind our products. If you don't see a visible difference in your plants within 30 days of use, we'll give you a full refund.
To request a refund: Contact us at medibud@hotmail.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Let us know which product you purchased and share a brief description of your experience. We'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Conditions:
- Guarantee applies to first-time purchases only
- Product must have been used as directed at the standard dilution rate
- Refund covers the product purchase price excluding shipping costs
Damaged or incorrect orders: Please inspect your order on arrival. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at medibud@hotmail.com within 7 days and we'll replace it or issue a full refund including shipping costs.
Non-returnable items: Opened products are non-returnable outside of our 30-day money-back guarantee. We do not accept returns on change of mind purchases.
